A new approach to mental health recovery

Following a review of COORDINARE’s commissioned mental health services, we established MyRecovery, a new recovery-focused program designed to better support people experiencing complex mental health challenges.

Shaped by local needs and insights, the region-wide program puts people at the centre of their care, helping them achieve their goals and connect with the support they need to live well. Launch events were held in Bega and Nowra during 2025-26.
